is not self-indulgence,
it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare. "

About me
I am BACP registered psychological counsellor, mental health educator and mindfulness facilitator. I hold a BSc in Psychology & Criminology, a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and regularly attend Continuing Professional Development training relevant to counselling, psychotherapy and psychology.
I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with cultural identity, emotional disconnect & finding your life purpose.

My role as a counsellor is to hold space for you to develop a greater understanding of yourself in a supportive, confidential and culturally responsive environment - a space for you to unfold so that you may become who you consciously choose to be.

Black Sheep. Confidence.
Cultural burdens.
Toxic relationships. Existential Crisis.
Wounded soul. Lone parent.
Body Image. Shame.
I believe mental health should be holistic and inclusive for all.
I founded Vivify Therapy in 2019 to increase accessibility to culturally informed mental health support. My approach to mental wellness is a blend of western psychology, mindfulness and Ubuntu philosophy. Working together in therapy, we will co-create a safe space and a trusting relationship through which you can freely explore your feelings, the stories you carry and deepen your connection to your intuition. Integrating tools from my personal mindfulness practice of 8 years, I help you build self-compassion and self-empowerment to create the life you want.
In addition to one-to-one counselling, Vivify Therapy offers psycho-educational workshops and mental health support groups.
