Priscilla is a dedicated therapist, mental health educator, and mindfulness facilitator. Her academic journey includes a BSc in Psychology & Criminology, and she has completed psychotherapeutic training with the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body. Always eager to enhance her knowledge and skills to become a better practitioner, she regularly attends Continuing Professional Development training relevant to counseling, psychotherapy, and psychology, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Behavior Change. Her role as a therapist is to hold space for individuals to develop a greater understanding of themselves in a supportive, confidential, and culturally responsive environment. Combining a decade-long mindfulness practice with evidence-based psychological interventions, her aim is to support clients in cultivating self-compassion, fostering awareness of behavioral patterns, and enabling them to thrive in their relationships and careers.

Tilda is also a tarot reader, with her connection to tarot evolving organically throughout her life - she endeavours to connect the emotional with the spiritual to draw lessons of wisdom, encouragement and perspective.
