Priscilla is a dedicated therapist, mental health educator, and mindfulness facilitator. Her academic journey includes a BSc in Psychology & Criminology, and she has completed psychotherapeutic training with the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body. Always eager to enhance her knowledge and skills to become a better practitioner, she regularly attends Continuing Professional Development training relevant to counseling, psychotherapy, and psychology, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Behavior Change. Her role as a therapist is to hold space for individuals to develop a greater understanding of themselves in a supportive, confidential, and culturally responsive environment. Combining a decade-long mindfulness practice with evidence-based psychological interventions, her aim is to support clients in cultivating self-compassion, fostering awareness of behavioral patterns, and enabling them to thrive in their relationships and careers.

Keisha is an Interactive counsellor and Coach with over 10 years experience in working in a helping capacity working with a variety of presentations; stress, anxiety, depression, psychosis, domestic violence, family break down as well as mediation. Working with Keisha you can expect to be provided a non-judgmental space where you will be heard, valued and respected while we will work collaboratively to navigate your purpose and hold you at the centre of our work. Keisha works with a range of clients aged 16+ and can help with issues such as: abuse, Anxiety, Depression, Loss, Personal Development, Self Esteem, Trauma, Spirituality.

Hania is a trainee therapist currently undertaking traning in Applied Psychosocial and Psychotherapy Studies at Goldsmiths University. Hania has a deep passion for helping individuals navigate their inner worlds and overcome life's challenges. With a multilingual background, she is fluent in Arabic, French, and English, offering therapy services in these languages to cater to diverse communities. Her approach to therapy is rooted in mindfulness, self-discovery, and self-compassion. Hania is particularly dedicated to working with first-generation individuals and immigrant clients, understanding the unique complexities they face in their journey of self-exploration and adaptation. Through a compassionate and culturally sensitive lens, she strives to create a safe space where clients can explore their experiences, emotions, and identities, fostering growth, resilience, and healing. Whether one is seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating cultural transitions, Hania is here to accompany them on their path towards greater self-awareness, empowerment, and well-being.

Patricia Kabayo is a devoted advocate for mental health, a psychologist, and the founder of Tamba Wellness—a digital platform committed to fostering discussions on mental health and wellness. Holding an MSc in Family and Child Psychology from the University of Chester, she currently serves in Mental Health Crisis Response with CWP Trust NHS in the UK. With extensive training and licensure in psychotherapy, Patricia possesses significant expertise in treating patients with a range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Substance Use Disorder. She has notably contributed to mental health care at institutions such as Chiromo Hospital Group in Nairobi, Kenya, and Nakasero Hospital in Kampala, Uganda.

As a heart-centred coach and community leader with extensive experience in supporting diverse communities; Tilda is devoted to nurturing creativity, connection and personal growth. Tilda is also a tarot reader, with her connection to tarot evolving organically throughout her life - she endeavours to connect the emotional with the spiritual to draw lessons of wisdom, encouragement and perspective.
